"Perfect little studio for a wellness weekend"

Great location, comfortable bed, cozy suite, great views.

The management wasn’t great. Our visit took the host by surprise, but they organized fairly fast and made us feel comfortable.

"Cozy weekend"

The location is great, very close to the Thermal complex. The room is clean and cozy, the bed is in a weird position but the view is nice, you are facing the mountains. Weird is also that you have separate bed sheets even if you are in a double bed, but anyway, it was ok.

In order to arrange the check-in it is request to call a number, I called it but no English/french/italian speaker - has been hard to communicate and to understand each other. Then, you have to go to the restaurant to get the keys - there the man was super nice but no english speaker too. When we came finally to get the keys there was a lady who was finally more skilled end we could communicate a bit. By the way, it was not clear that the check-out is not until 10.30 but AT 10.30 - which means that before 10.30 the restaurant is closed and you have to wait in order to bring back the keys and get back your 100 CHF cash.
