Ellingham Apartments, Bordeaux Harbour, Guernsey

Good accommodation, well equipped, quiet location, bus stop directly outside the apartments. Lovely beach nearby with access to plenty of walks.. Visit to the island of Herm was our favourite day out. Great place to relax.

More like an observation for other potential holidaymakers, The apartments are not for those with walking difficulties as there are stairs to the apartment plus stairs down to the bedrooms and shower room.

Could not have been better placed! The location was perfect, I could actually walk to the place of work I was attending that week. Extremely clean, well thought out kitchen with its utensils, cooking pots and crockery.

We had a wonderful stay at Ellingham Apartments. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the bed sheets were changed once during that time and the towels even three times. That is a wonderful service, which you don't get at every holiday apartment. On the first day we were provided with bread, butter, milk, cheese, tomatoes and the typical Guernsey cake, which was great, as we arrived pretty late and had no time for shopping. A busstop with four different bus lines (two outbound, two inbound) is directly in front of the apartment. The hosts provided us with a lot of useful information in form of a electronical guestbook, which was really helpful. And when we had any questions Fiona responded quickly to help us. We can only highly recommend Ellingham Apartments. It is also just a few steps to Bordeaux Harbour where we spent several afternoons with a coffee or hot chocolate from Woodies and enjoyed the view on the harbour, the sea and Herm.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a lovely location. We stayed with our two Children and they loved it.
