Gostei da casa, da limpeza. É dos quartos. O senhorio é simpático e responsável.

Não tenho queixa.

Let’s say it had potential. Candido did his best to try to accommodate our concerns. He made us feel heard and he was quick and responsive. But the unit is a disaster. I want to emphasize how responsive and service oriented Candido was, if it wasn’t for him we’d probably looked for another stay option.

This is a long list: Location is too far from tourist attractions. Very dirty, with even mold in the bathroom, the shower didn’t work and the toilet was missing the lid Kitchen missing / broken most utensils or very aged, Fridge needed to be cleaned when we checked in because of how dirty it was. The unit is an attic and you need to take stairs and this is not informed in the description. We had a family member with mobility restrictions and this fact was challenging.
