One of the double beds was rather narrow but the flat was great.
GBA nice 2 bedroom flat in a good location for exploring the island. The flat was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Ryde. All in all a great place to stay and we had an enjoyable week
Parking is limited and there's no recycling bins so everything ends up in general waste. A wardrobe would be a good addition to the second bedroom.

GBGBGBAlthough not large the flat was surprisingly roomy for 4 people and most of the facilities provided were very good. Location for us was great as we were without a car for most of the time. The flat is in the centre of the town and the bus station was only a short walk away. There is a good, regular bus service on the island and it is very easy to get around using local transport.
On arriving at the flat we just couldn't open the lockbox to retrieve the keys and had to ring the owner to find out how to do this. Luckily she answered straightaway and we discovered that the wrong code had been given in the instructions! We should have liked to sweep out the kitchen when we left but could find no broom or brush and dustpan in the flat. The first day we had a car and we found the on-street parking very challenging. The first night we just could not find overnight parking so went to the nearby Co-op to see if we could park there (as mentioned in the flat owner's instructions) but were told that they no longer allowed this overnight facility.
GBComfortable and tastefully decorated and very clean. Great central location near the beach and high street. Owner responsive and unobtrusive. Great choice of places to eat nearby as well as seaside amusements and the train for the island.
An ice tray for the freezer would have been good!
GBGBThe apartment was exactly as pictured and neat and clean. The host Karrie was very accommodating, and had some great suggestions. There was a slight issue with a bed and it was fixed within a matter of hours without fuss. I would recommend the apartment for the apartment itself, the location and the host.
