Churchill Two Bedroom Apartments with Free Parking and The Minster view

The apartment is in a great location, short walk to everything in the city centre. It's a nice, clean apartment.

On the morning off our booking I had contacted the host to get check in information as I did not want to arrive on the weekend before Xmas and not be able to find an alternative if we could not get in. I did get the information after contacting customer services as the contact number did not connect. We booked this apartment because it is listed as wheelchair accessible. Luckily I have a dynamic disability and did not take my wheelchair as the lift was not working when we arrived. When we got upstairs to the door leading to the balcony we were on there was a large step onto the unlit balcony which I fell down as there is no sign or marking to indicate there is a step. I started our trip with what I later discovered was a sprained ankle and fractured foot. There is also a step into the apartment too, so I would not advise booking if you do have limited mobility.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Cosy apartment with ample room for a family of four.

Could have perhaps done with a little more cutlery but that is a minor thing.

Perfect location. Carparking included. The whole apartment was modern and comfortable with lots of amenities.

Easy to gain access with simple instructions and space was big enough for 4 of us, had everything we needed and was clean

Lift was out of order so had to climb 3 flights of stairs with all luggage and bags

Literally 5 minute walk into the centre, and for breakfast too, only on the last day did we notice that the pub next door did breakfasts
