Great location close to the city centre.

Although the bathroom facilities in the second (attic) bedroom are useful, the toilet cubicle is very claustrophobic and the bath is tricky to use due to the low ceiling.

The steps to the 2nd bedroom are steep but the kids took it as an adventure and had a fun on the steps

Keys provided in a safe key box.

Beds very uncomfortable didn't get much sleep was the main problem for all guests. A few kitchen appliances missing which we added too. Would not recommend it for families. Best only for couples.. No need for a passageway door. as it hinders access to the bedroom and bathroom advice remove it. Unpleasant neighbours complaining about me parking on drive saying it's blocking the path which had enough space to pass and taking photos threatening to complain to council and police. Then going onto the classic local native debate of second home buyers, holiday lets and not enough housing for Yorkites. Which I understand but don't want this conversation Infront of a minor.

No hassle whatsoever, everything was nice and clean. 5 minute walk into York! Excellent stay👍
