Merlene was a wonderful host. I could reach her at odd times . She was very responsive too. I appreciate her swift response to issues.

Smart tv would have helped

The facilities was great beautiful modern flat. I had a pleasant stay the flat was very clean when I arrived. Beautifully bright with natural lighting in the flat the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was clean had good running water. It was a good location wasn’t loud, I was able to make breakfast in the morning I liked the fact I could also wash my clothes also There was a lovely restaurant downstairs sage, food was fresh and tasty. There was also a very nice super market downstairs outside the building not even 5 mins walk very nice and the mall was not far. That was very convenient and helpful overall I was very happy, I stayed with my son 8 year old son and we had a beautiful experience staff members at the apartment all receptionists where very very nice and it’s a beautiful flat with and I felt safe. I was on the 7th floor they had a gym downstairs,I didn’t use it but looked lovely and well kept a roof top pool I didn’t get to use as I felt it was to deep as me and my son are not strong swimmers but it’s beautiful and well kept. Down stairs was a nice area we sat there and chilled for abit the day we was leaving, my host was quickly responsive to my messages and extended my check out that was a very nice gesture.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was giving issues but the living room one was fine we had a wrong internet password so we couldn’t connect to internet when we first arrived in the room, it was shortly fixed, They did send help quickly that was good. I think more checks in the flat before new tenant comes to stay would make it perfect as it was only little issues, It would have been nice for some hand soap in the bathroom you will have to buy these little bits yourself there’s a very nice shop downstairs. overall very very nice It felt like a home away from home for 2 weeks and I would definitely stay again.
