Dear Esteemed travellers, the Complex is made of 3 large condos, different hosts propose different offers, under different names, but they're all in the same Compound. I stayed 10 days, and I saw high turnover of people with luggages up and down. I had this feeling that the place has been turned into a very profitable opportunity with minimal capital investment. If there are so many people coming and going, maintenace and cleaning and the control needs to be higher. I had the opportunity to stay in 3 differents apartments, from 3 different hosts, but i quickly realized that the standards are the same everywhere. So read this review and keep in the right prospective.... Don't get me wrong, I've seen worse, but nevertheless there is always something missing or broken or not functioning or dirty that damn it...!!! It would take so little effort to make it right. The communication on Whapp was there, but it didn't give me a good feeling...more like a chatbot...AI chat. Dry and lagging....very busy on the other side....not too interested... In one apartment forks where missing, but the colander was there. In the other one was the opposite. In one apartment the couch was extremly dirty, bursted (worth considering to change it completely, or at least invest in a cover sheet) and the carpet very stained , the shower handle couldn't hang anymore as the support was cracked. Support Staff said they would get back to the owner, probably to get the money to buy a new one, which it didn't happen. In the other one the couch was fairly decent, but no cover sheet again, and the AC was a bit struggling in the lounge, probably the gas or the compressor needed some attention. The shower group was ok, but no wall hangers of sort. I needed a change of towel...but they forgot...and extend their sincere apologies, which do not serve well after the shower... Towels came the next day. Few bulb lights were down, but no money to buy new. So Folks..

Folks, the hygiene has a long way to go... Couches and tables and chairs are stained and dirty, walls as well, becuase there is no care or control from users and owners. Don't get me wrong, cleaning staff comes daily, they do the basic, but they do a little what they can, and on to the next apartment. I wouldn't be surprise if they are understaffed and all amateurs. The maintenace is also scarce, basically on demand, and late... it could be perfect with little more supervision and vision...

The location was central, and the rooftop was lovely.

I booked 3 days prior to arrival and received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the reception, I messaged the host and 20 minutes later after waiting she let me know that the room was no longer available as someone had extended their stay. The host said she did us “a big favour” and contacted another unit and found us another room - it was smaller, and more expensive. So, not only did she make a mistake and extend a reservation of a booked room, but she found us a worse room and expected US to pay the extra money despite it being her mistake. Terrible way to run a business. This property cannot be reliably booked.
