Easy to walk everywhere and car parking space

The flat is only 20 minutes walk from York. Parking on site. Quiet area.

The flat was not up to our standard of cleanliness. (Bathroom and kitchen) Very small basic TV.

Someone had parked their car in our space, it was hard enough to park there (we have a Kia Sportage) and we didn't know what to do, at that angle it was hard to turn around in such a small area. About 45 minutes later my husband found one of the residents whose car it belonged to.

This is a nicely decorated and comfortable flat in a great location. It is on the first floor of a block of 6 flats, set back from the road. We found it quiet and the parking was a real bonus. There is a nicely laid out, well equipped and spacious kitchen area and sitting room with a comfortable sofa. The bathroom has a shower over the bath which worked well. The bedroom was comfortable. We received excellent directions and check-in instructions. This was a great find for us and we’d definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Minor cleaning oversight in the bathroom but otherwise the flat was nice and clean.

the flat is a home from home with everything you need and convenient for city centre but quiet as not too close. the balcony is an extra luxury.
