Jacuzzi. This could be a problem for you. It never reached more than 35c and was often cooler. A hot tub should ideally be 38c. Lower temperatures may be great in a hot summer (not sure) but in the cooler months it was usually too cold. A lot of the time it was 31 - 33c until it warmed up to 35 so ranged from not usable to just about warm enough. Management agent did attend try to improve heating but it did not work. As a key feature have to admit this was disappointing for us

The property was ok. Dirty glass on rooftop, so could not see through to see sea, had to complain. Should have been clean on arrival. When jacuzzi used chemicals strong, it felt like it burnt my throat, I then was coughing so bad I lost my voice due to this, complained. Was basically called liars. Saying chemicals used would not cause this, although my research proved different. Showers not working correctly. Lack of instructions on how to use items in the apartment. Then blamed for having air con on.

Owner scammed us with money paid in case of damage. Curtain rail fell on husband head, due to small hook broke. Even though chemical in jacuzzi bleached my husbands step one shorts - he said would take full amount of € 256 for damage. He also added a couple of things that we didn’t even do- very disappointed. When we booked the damage deposit was given- I believe thus is a way of getting extra money off customers. I have complained to booking.com.
