What is not too love about this place. I booked a surprise visit for my wife's 40th to York. Looking for a place to stay that was a bit more than just a hotel I stumbled across this place. I'm so glad I did. Set just a stone throw from York Minster this apartment really is everything you need for a great weekend away. Spacious, stunning and cozy. It has everything. Claire is an amazing host and she is so detailed with everything and she went above and beyond with all the extra little touches. We will certainly be booking here again when we come back to York!

A beautiful apartment, sumptuous luxury, oozing with elegance and charm. SItuated in the heart of York City centre, the location and character of this property is the perfect home from home and delivers on every aspect for anyone planning a romantic stay in this beautiful and historical city. Attentive and welcoming communication from the host added to the overall experience. We are already planning a second stay, simply put it ticks every box and will leave you wanting to stay in as much as you want to head out and drink in the sites of this wonderful city.

An amazing apartment only 5 minutes walk to the Minster. Beautifully appointed and with a warm 'homely' feel about it. The addition of a Christmas tree was a lovely touch. The facilities were top notch and the owner was exceptionally helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

"A perfect apartment in an idyllic city."

It is a really beautiful apartment in a centrally located part of York centre. Everything that you need is in the apartment and Claire the host had thought of everything that you might forget as you pack. It is so lovely and spacious and very relaxing. I very rarely take a bath in a new place but the cleanlinness was so perfect I took the opportunity. There is a Sainsburys as you step out of the door which is convenient and a 2 minute walk you are in the centre. You could not find anywhere more perfect and I would book time and time again.

The extra little touches like fresh milk in the fridge and little treats , also we didn’t need to take anything because everything we needed was provided, we had a lovely stay as Claire is a good host
