Ocean View Apartment

Appartamento davvero bellissimo! Molto pulito, ben fornito di tutto il necessario e curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo trovati molto bene durante il soggiorno. Il punto forte è sicuramente il terrazzino, con una vista davvero splendida dove è piacevole rilassarsi. Consigliatissimo!

We had one evening without water due to an issue in the complex, which wasn’t the hosts fault but obviously was a downside. It didn’t bother us but you do need to be of reasonable fitness due to amount of stairs and steep hills in the area.

in dit appartement is echt alles aanwezig wat je maar kan bedenken. Leuk met het terras met uitzicht over de stad en de zee. Alles was proper en verzorgd, goede douche, goed bed, rustig gelegen. Best om een auto ter beschikking te hebben en dan is het goed gelegen om het eiland te verkennen.

belangrijk om te weten dat je niet bij het appartement kan parkeren en dat het vanaf de straat stijl berop/bergaf stappen is tot aan het appartement.

True ocean view. Spacious, spotless clean apartment. Very good bed. WiFi perfect.

Access by rental car to apartment level for luggage drop-off and pick-up is possible. However, permanent parking is not nearby (steep walking).

Very cozy, clean, and comfortable place. It has everything you need for your stay, including sunscreen and a diving mask 🙂 So you don’t need to bring a lot of things with you — we came for a week with backpacks only. A special highlight is the private view terrace — we spent all our quiet evenings there enjoying a fantastic view of the city and the ocean. Desiree, the apartment manager, was very supportive and polite throughout our stay. She provided detailed instructions on how to get to the place from the gates (which was a bit tricky the first time!) and replied promptly to all our questions. The apartment is located on top of a hill, so walking from downtown can be a bit challenging. We rented a car on the third day, which made things much easier. However, if you need a taxi, it costs about 5 euros from the central beach. I definitely recommend staying up here — downtown was noisy and, in some places, even smelly. By the way, Playa del Duque was our favorite beach, and we spent many days there.
