Terrace View Studio

Property was located in a quiet complex just off from the local restaurants and shops. Pool area was lovely and room was tidy and clean. Washing machine was handy to be able to wash towels after beach. Room had everything from hob to kettle and toaster. Sun loungers on the balcony was a lovely touch and got plenty of sun on the balcony in the afternoon. Host was more than helpful and came to meet us when we arrived. Views from the balcony when the sun was setting were amazing and made staying up the hill worth it. Only a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach at playa pinta or else to playa Fañabe. Very close to Siam park only a 20 minute walk. Plenty around to do and see. Had a fabulous stay.

Only downside was the property is located at the top of a very steep hill however we knew this on booking so just to be aware if mobility issues or struggle with walking - taxis were only 4-5€ from the town centre back to the property so not really an issue. Sunbeds at the pool were cracked however as mentioned there was sunbeds on the balcony so again not too much of a problem. Just to note there is no air con but the apartment has a fan which we used during our stay. Not negatives just things to note when booking !

Location and the view.

The bed wasn't comfortable, there was only one pillow and to be honest it was very flat.There could have been an ironing board, but not a major factor.

nothing, great exercise going up the hill to the apartment, you soon get used to the hill after a couple of days

Beautiful views and everything u need even sunbeds on the balcony which was a big bonus.was hilly but not a problem good to keep fit or a taxi is cheap .will deffinetly return

No Aircon but there's a fan..can imagine it being very hot in summer months

The apartment was perfect, it had everything you needed and more, cooking facilities were excellent. Plenty of towels and bed linen were all provided. The apartment was very secure and the complex very safe. The washing machine and free wi fi an added bonus. The huge balcony with stunning views overlooking Adeje and the sea was pretty unbeatable. Just a perfect place for a relaxing break and the lady who met us with the apartment keys was also lovely and very helpful. Overall fantastic and already enquiring into a return visit.

There was nothing not to like for us personally but as highlighted before in reviews the area is very hilly but taxis were only 4€ to get back up. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle both up and down to the resort itself so bear this in mind.
