Eden Rentals Duke-Paradise Jacuzzi Terrace Retreat

The apartment was spacious and the roof top pool was really good, we were greeted my Mayta who was kind enough to show us around. It was nice to have a few cold drinks in the fridge and some snacks, thank you. Having a hot tub was a luxury. Only a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and Del Duque shopping centre. There are just enough places within 5 to 10 minutes to eat out, we found Baruskas good for breakfast, There's 2 great Italians within a few minutes and Del Duque shopping centre is open until 10pm and has a few places serving a full menu, and a creperie. The garden space is lovely we spent a lot of time outside under the shade. We couldn't get the WiFi working but the owners quickly arranged an engineer to fix it which made our teenager happy. Free parking under the complex was great. There's a 24 hour shop just outside the main entrance which was a bonus.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and we had a very hot week, we did however message the owner prior to arrival who left us two fans which helped a little bit, we had originally booked for Feb when air conditioning wasn't an issue however we had to change dates and August for us was far too hot to manage without it. We ended up leaving all the patio doors closed and curtained to try and keep it cool. Getting to the apartment was quite a treck once inside the building and sadly there is no sea view from the apartment, if you go up to the 5th floor you can see the sea.

I stayed here at the end of April with two friends. It was great because we each had our own room. One of the beds was a sofa bed but it was really comfy and all of the rooms had black out curtains. The staff left us some wine, water, beer and snacks at the beginning of our stay which was lovely. The outdoor space is amazing! It’s huge and looks exactly like the pictures. The pool within the complex is a bit of a walk away from the actual apartment but we had it to ourselves most of the time and it was really clean and a good sized pool. There is also an amazing spa within the complex! Communication with the property was quick and easy and the Wi-Fi worked well. The apartment was clean, quiet and really big so would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had pre booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport prior to our stay, using the address on the website. Once we’d landed, I received a text from the property with a different location advising that the address on the website is incorrect. It caused us a bit of a problem with the taxi as they would only take us to the prebooked location and the language barrier made it difficult. I would advise contacting the property and getting the correct address as early as possible. The location is in a big apartment complex so it feels really safe and quiet but is about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and the main strip of restaurants and bars. It wasn’t a problem for us as it’s a nice walk but was a bit further away than I expected. There are two bathrooms within the property which is great however we could only use one shower at once or the water would turn off. No problem with hot water or anything though.

Spacious inside and out, loved the outside area with clean hot tub. Comfy living room with big sofas and TV, very fast broadband. Perfect location for us in up market area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants and nice walk to the beach.

Might need a lick of paint and the odd repair but didn’t put us off.

Lovely outside space, good location. Spacious apartment.

Apartment in need of some TLC, very dated. A pain to get to from the lobby, up in one lift, a walk and then down in another lift. To get to bedroom 1 you had to go through bedroom 2, would not have been ideal if travelling with friends. Neighbour upstairs extremely loud waking us at 10.30pm one night and 2.30am another night. No bedlinen for sofa bed.

the place was perfect. it has so much space and we loved the outside area. the space outside was usually large and we basically spent our time when in the apartment outside and especially in the hot tub. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent. it had everything we needed.

sometimes the Neighbors were quite loud but never late at night so didn’t impact us.
