Super Studio - Embassy Gardens

1. Gustav, our host, was exceptional in addressing our requirements from the facility related to our personal leisure needs. 2. The location of the apartments in the city is excellent 3. Our own apartment is well located in the facility 4. Recreational facilities like swimming pool are great 5. The restaurant is very nice 6. The kitchen facility is good 7. Television channels in the living room met our requirements 8. The apartment was personalized to us while we were there. 9. The security in the establishment is very good, and the environment is secured 10. I would stay here again

1. Aparrently, there is a pumping machine installed to increase water pressure on top of our apartment that made intermittent noise. This situation should be explained to residents or a means of reducing the noise be explored. 2. The curtains in the living room require dry cleaning once in a while. 3. The plates in the kitchen, most especially bowls, are inadequate.

Je suis vraiment deçu par le comportement de l’agent à l’entree de l’hôtel. Ma valise est tombée sous l’effet du vent et a cassé le crochet du cordon rouge à l’entrée de l’hôtel (soit dit en passant cet élément n’avait rien à faire sur le trottoir, qui est la voie publique). Suite à cet incident j’ai perdu 30 minutes et j’ai failli rater mon vol, car l’agent ne voulait pas me laisser partir pour me faire payer les degâts. C’est vraiment regrettable.

The location was great and the apartments are very nice

Cleaning should have been daily or the host can provide cleaning tools so the guests can sometimes clean up as well as opposed to waiting for two days for cleaning. Trash should be evacuated daily
