The location the pools the restaurant

The bed was horrible. The tv was a smart tv but didn’t work properly was told basically if you aren’t happy you can find another place to stay … Had to request for things that should have been in the room Rug in bathroom. Tattered?? Have stayed many times. Everytime going down hill
