The apartment is beautiful, sunny, and very spacious. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with very comfortable beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep. The apartment also has a lovely atrium (terrace) that gets sunshine from morning until afternoon. The heated pool is wonderful, not too crowded, and it’s easy to get a sun lounger. Despite being part of a large complex, it is always peaceful and quiet, and you are never disturbed by noise from other guests. The location is excellent—just a few steps away from a shopping center and various restaurants. A private garage is also included, which is very convenient as you don’t have to look for parking. The surroundings are beautiful, calm, and very clean. We loved everything.

Overall, we liked everything. The only small downside was cleanliness — the apartment could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, as there were some hairs from previous guests, and the towels could have been better washed. However, this was not a major issue and definitely not something that would stop us from coming back. We would still recommend the property, with just a small suggestion to improve the cleaning service.

We stayed for 9 days, and unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable. For instance, the dishwasher only had two detergent tablets for the entire period, which was definitely not enough. There was no tablet for washing clothes, and during the entire 9 days, no one came to change our towels. We couldn’t wash them ourselves either, because we didn’t have any detergent for the washing machine. Additionally, the toilet paper provided was only two rolls for the whole 9 days for 4 persons, so we had to buy more ourselves. Various essentials in the room were missing, and the internet connection was quite poor. While the location itself was fine, cleanliness was lacking. We found hairs when we arrived, the dish sponge was already heavily used and worn out, and to top it off, there was no salt available in the kitchen—only some pepper. So we had to purchase even basic cooking essentials ourselves. In conclusion, although the location was good, the lack of these basic supplies and the cleanliness issues made the stay less pleasant than we had hoped.

bedrooms both comfortable with generous storage in both. excellent showers & quality of fittings, however toilet roll holder in main bedroom ensuite was missing. Garden area was of a generous size. The complex's pool area was great with ample good quality comfortable loungers. All public areas was always clean, tidy & well maintained. Bus stop directly outside entrance to the apartment complex with buses running every 30 minutes to Costa Adeje/Los Cristianos.

The only negative point was that on arrival only 2 sun loungers ( one of which was broken ) were in the garden area, although we were a party of 4 and the photographs of the apartment showed 6. This issue was resolved on the following day.
