Very spacious, the living room was lovely, kitchen was amazing and i loved the fact they had tea bags and milk in the fridge! Sofa was comfy, as was the sofa bed! Bed was very comfy and loved the dressing table area too! Bathroom was lovely too! Really enjoyed how easy the radiators were to navigate and made it really nice and warm! Shower was good too! Would definitely recommend 😀

Only thing i would say was the wifi didn’t work at all, which meant we had to use our data and also meant we couldn’t use netflix or any of the smart tv features which was a bit sad!

The location is good, not far from the the center and close to amenities.

The wifi was broken, so we didn't have wifi for a day. Had to spend our own internet money to connect. A temporary dongle was put the day after we arrived, but it was more like a mobile hotspot which was slow and connecting only one device at a time. The property looked really good but there was no cleaning at all. It was all dusty, only cleaned the front bits to make it look cleaner. My partner is allergic to dust so was in bad state sneezing often. The property doesn't provide showering gels or shampoos. Also, the pots are all scratched so not good to use for cooking. The cutlery and dishes were not clean.

The modern decor and layout of the flat was nice and homely. The location was good because it was out of the hustle and bustle of the city but right opposite the flat was a storage for the electric hire scooters which was convenient. The kitchen facility was useful and handy having access to a washing machine for a long weekend break.

It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped for from a private rental. We noticed quite a bit of dust, cobwebs hanging and bags of rubbish from previous rentals lefts outside the front door. Small attention to detail was missing such as the air freshener in bathroom empty, the dust on mirrors, the mention of a blanket being available on the sofa but there not being left and smelly pillows without pillow protectors.

The apartment had almost everything we need, we were able to cook our dinner with the utensils provided. We really enjoy staying here.

Would be better if the washing machine has drying function

Modern, Clean, Cosy and stylishly furnished apartment with everything we needed as a family. Short walk to a big Morrison supermarket and very close to a bus stop. Awesome staff with very quick response. Super-fast Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.

A good kitchen with quite good equipment. A little more cutlery would be useful. Comfortable seating and beds. Furniture and extras simple but tasteful. Bathroom modern and a good shower.

Instructions for the oven are needed. Instructions for the TV also. WiFi is on an extension lead which also has a lamp plugged in. This can be turned off. You then lose the WiFi, it took us quite a while to work that out.

No shampoos and shower gel in shower room. I need to go out in cold and bought one
