This place is perfectly situated—right by the sea, with absolutely stunning views that make every morning feel special. The location couldn’t be better: everything you might need, from shops to restaurants and entertainment, is just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for families and anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The property itself is spotless and very well-equipped, offering all the comforts that make you feel at home. It’s clear that great care has been taken to ensure guests have everything they need, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I highly recommend this accommodation for families, as it provides a safe, comfortable, and beautiful environment for everyone to enjoy.

Not negative but plugs in bathroom need looking at as water does not hold in sink. Lots of water wasted.

We had a very enjoyable stay at EK Renting in Tenerife! The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy, which was great for meals at “home”.  One of the highlights was the magnificent view from both the window and the balcony — it really made spending time outside on the terrace special. The private parking was also very convenient and added to the ease of our stay.  The location is excellent: we were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and public transport, making it easy to explore the local area without needing a car.

Because our apartment was on a high floor, we often had to wait a long time for the elevator. On one occasion both elevators were out of service, and we had to climb up the stairs with our luggage, which was inconvenient. The pool area had very few sun loungers, and most of them were taken almost all day, making it difficult to relax there comfortably. The nearby beaches were not very comfortable — they were small and not ideal for lounging or swimming compared to other beaches in Tenerife.  When it was windy, the balcony became quite cold and less pleasant to use. Although the apartment did have a washing machine, there was no separate dryer, and without a proper drying machine, our clothes barely dried even after washing, which was frustrating during our stay.
