"Okey, if you intend to mostly enjoy beach and the city."

Super close to the beach. Two groceries nearby. Available wasching machine. The kitchen is equipped sufficiently.

We found it bit noisy (noises from the street - cars, nearby resorts) The sofa was stinky and beds worn out. There was actual mold in the shower. We know Umag well, so we knew the apartment is approx 20mnts walking distance from the city. If you are not keen on walking, just take the Umag train.
