Location is excellent, right on the city beach. The apartment is huge with 2 balconies, perfect for a coffee in the morning and beer in the evening watching the sunset. There is also parking available in the garage, which is a huge + in Umag.

The apartment building has a complex hallway structure, luckily the host provides enough information including pictures on how to get to the apartment.

We have our holiday on July 2023. The apartment does have a sea view. But it is rather not a beach but a place where you can swim but not spend time. The apartment was clean, the photos on the website are generally true

The bed in the parent bedroom is very old. The faux leather headboard peels off all the time. The bedroom windows look out over an abandoned factory. it does not work, but apparently at night there is ventilation of the premises and a strange technical noise is heard.

Very good location, close to the city center, the beach, shops, restaurants, as well as a secured parking space. New building, quiet place, very good layout of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The terrace has a wonderful view of the sea. The host is very kind.

The furniture is clean but it would be good to renew it in master bedroom.
