Smelly drains. Nowhere to sit in comfort. Gates around complex caused inconvenience in last day as had no keys to get out

I stayed here for 3 days and it was perfect. The stay wasn't planned, last minute - I booked at 1500 and the staff met me at 1600 with the keys, very accommodating and helpful. I got a lovely 1 bed studio with everything needed for self catering. The pool is fantastic and the general facility is well kept. The beach is only minutes away and It's close to everything.

The location with sunny balcony is superb. We have stayed 3 times now. Nice to have washing machine and tv.

Constant smell of drains and sewage. Nowhere comfortable to sit. Toilet broken and rocks. Inattentive staff when I asked for clean linen and reported loss of all UK TV channels to agents. (Ignored)
