Anzio- central holiday house - Daniele Case Vacanza

We did like everything about our experience at Anzio Central Holiday House. The location is perfect to reach the sailing facilities as well as to reach amazing restaurants just around the corner. Giorgia was really helpful is supporting our requests even beyond expectations. A real star of Hospitality!

The weather! Unfortunately, we got only rainy days from the beginning of the year but likely we did feel at Home!

The location is right in the town centre, perfect. With the apartment windows shut, the apartment is peaceful. The decor is fresh and new with good facilities; gas hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, and steam iron.

There was no kettle, so we had to boil water in a pan to make tea. It wasn't a problem for us, but there is a flight of steps from the entrance to the apartment.

Very friendly staff who took care of us at every step, addressed all issues. Very close proximity to beach and all restaurants.

I cannot think of a single thing.

It's actually a nice apartment located in the city center of Anzio. It's very clean and well fitted, but the furniture looks a bit used like from the 90's.

We wanted to spend 3 quiet days on the see. During our stay, February 2023, the whole house and the staircase, where the apartment is located, is a construction site in scaffolding. Workers start to renovate after 7:00 in the morning. So we woke up because of the construction noize. Its not possible to open window shutters because ot the dirt, there is no day light in the apartment during the day. This apartment definitely should not be rented as long as they are renovating outside. After my complaint the owner offered a solution, that we move to another apartment, which was very nice, modern and spacious but is located very central and faces the main square and because of that is quite noisy in the morning. I would have prefered to cancel the rest of our stay there and book something by myself. The owner found a solution, thank you for that, but he should not rent this apartment at all during the renovation works. Its was a stressful day for us, instead of enjoying the good weather and our holiday, we should pack and move out, we lost because of that our time and good mood.

location was amazing, close to the harbor and center but tucked away. property owner and manager were very responsive and on top of everything.

It was a little rough around the edges in regard to finishes and certain fixtures being loose or nonfunctional. Also, the kitchen wasn’t quite fully equipped for cooking (close but missing some essential things) so it’s probably a better place to stay for a short while than long stays unless you are local and can bring some of your own kitchen wares.

Close to train station. Right in centre of town near to everything Daniel and Giorgia were very friendly and super helpful. Clean, spacious and good WiFi
