понравилась местность. в доме были все удобства. не далеко очень хорошее кафе. плохо что нет ни одного магазина рядом. Ехать нужно только на автомобиле. такси очень долго ждать и дорого

закончился газ в обогреватели а дни были холодные и хозяин не ответил на мое смс во время.

The accommodation is located in the basement of a large family home, making it extremely humid. The windows receive no direct sunlight.

La proprété et la situation géographique

Nice garden and spacious apartment, although sleeping rooms are small but only used to sleep at night, livingroom and dining/kitchen are quite large and comfy. Owner is discrete and we try to be the same, even though it's easy to hear each other in the apartment building, we all try not to bother each other. We found the apartment clean and we tried to leave it as much as possible the same way. The owner has quite a lot of cats there. We counted like 13-14 cats very cute and playful for the cat lovers, but just to consider in case of cat allergies... my older son is allergic and interestingly enough, he was not dramatically affected.

Nothing specific to complain, although the first time we entered, we felt a kind of an old house smell of not properly ventilated. I'm sure the owner makes all the efforts to open regularly and refresh the air and we also did, but the building itself is not equipped with opposite vents so the air is not really moving through the house. One thing though that I'd like to mention to the owner is the old couch in the livingroom should be replaced eventually because it is falling apart, my 13yo son tried to sleep in it one night and one armrest fell on the floor, then when I checked more closely, the whole couch is basically dismantled and falling apart. Otherwise, the rest of furniture is pretty solid for a rural house and we had no other issues.
