The location was fantastic, close to sea /pebble beach and within 5 mins of the old town. Bars and restaurants within 2min walk along sea front. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped.

The balcony immediately outlook wasn’t very nice, overlooking adjacent building/other balconies. Looking forwards to/backward you can see the beach and buildings around old town. The garage was very tight to park in. We arrived on a Sunday and left on a Saturday morning so considered out of hours…. Therefore agent would not meet us but instead we had to drive 10 mins away to collect keys from a drop box with a code and then when leaving drive back to the offices to drop off keys. This could be a problem if you do not have a rental car. Rent and deposit was taken 2 days before arrival (not through booking.com but directly to agent) and deposit was returned 2 days after leaving once I contacted agent to prompt a return.

La ubicación! Amplitud de apto. Limpeza. Agencia: Concha es encantadora y super eficiente. Todo facilidades tanto a la llegada como marcha.

Nada

Fantastisk terrasse med havutsikt, lyden av dønningene, og veldig lunt selv når det blåste. Dette var største plusset og bildet på Booking vi falt for. Ellers en hyggelig litt «bohemsk» liten leil med alt vi trengte. Fint at det var i 4 etg så vi fikk solen lenge iløpet av dagen (mars/april). Veldig pluss at det var så sentralt. Både til strand promenaden, og til handlegaten og liten spasertur til gamlebyen. Heis for kofferter og utflukter 🥰

Litt støy fra 332 gjennom Altea sentrum, men ble fort vant med det. Veeldig trang garasje hvor vi nesten ikke kom oss opp igjen uten riper på bilen. Vi valgte å parkerte ved jernbanestasjonen eller langs veien/332 - det fungerte helt fint 😊

Große und komfortable Wohnung, top Ausstattung. Direkt am Meer und an der Strandpromenade mit Restaurants, in die Altstadt sind’s nur wenige Gehminuten. Pluspunkt für uns auch die Tiefgarage. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Allt var bra! Läget, nära till havet och strandpromenaden, lägenheten var jättebra men garaget var väldigt trångt! En tuff utmaning, liten bil rekommenderas:-)
