APARTAMENTO DE LUJO EN MARE VERDE

Great location. Good AC and nice community pool area. The two bathroom is a great feature.

The walls were dirty and could do with a good cleaning. Be careful not to have the balcony door open unattended after dark, cockroaches in the garden. The slide door to the garden does not lock on the right side. We received only one set of keys for four adults.

Bit noisy sometimes, could have done with more towels. Not enough pillows on double bed

Lovely apartment a great size and great location. Contact with checkin staff was excellent with great communication the entire visit.

The noise ! The apartment fromts a very busy road that renders the lovely outside space virtually unusable. The pool is a 20 second walk away and away from road so a much better option. The bedrooms are away from rhe Road but it is still audible.

not enough towels only 3 for 4 people and a bit threadbare ,time for some new ones I think . not enough dessert spoons only 2 for 4 adults . and only 1 set of keys which was a bit awkward , no safe in the apartment and not enough coat hangers

the property had all utensils and washing machine

many 1. sewage smell in front room 2. beds very uncomfortable and bedcovers not to standard with a blood stain 3. only one bin bag provided for 5 days stay

Location was great and apartment was clean

Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. Shower tray could get slippy when taking a show and had to put down towel to prevent slipping.

Perfect for shops, restaurants, and beach. Overall lovely area.

Lovely apartment but backed onto main road and next to motor cycle garage so very noisy. Very annoyed as asked to allow delivery of furniture at 9.30 a.m - said yes to help but delivery did not arrive until nearly noon and it was flat pack assembly by 3 strangers. Was told by Lisa to just leave men in apartment but they had no keys to lock doors so refused. Missed lunch with friends who I had not seen for 5 years and wasted day. Also mess to clear up after they left. Learnt lesson - do not offer to help in future.

great and comfortable apartment with a little garden perfect for those with children! air conditioning as well which is not all that common in Canaries. we had a fabulous stay here and would love to return next year! I will say that this apartment opens up onto a very busy road so expect it to be quite noisy, even at night. we knew this would be the case and had appropriate expectations.

floors were very dirty - not suitable for children wanting to walk barefoot. cream couch in the living room is ‘shedding’ - losing pieces of faux leather cover which attaches to skin and clothes and gets transferred to bed. felt this was unhygienic and the only thing that we didn’t like about this apartment.
