Great communication with the host. We arrived late in the evening, and he was already waiting for us. He also recommended several nice places to visit. During our stay, he checked in to make sure everything was okay. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful, gated community where we felt completely safe. It’s comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. A large terrace offers a beautiful view of the ocean. We had a wonderful holiday.

You could point out a few minor things, but they really don’t matter.

The apartment was extremely well equipped, amazing view, clean and so quiet and peaceful. Pool area so lovely with great views and always plenty of sunbeds. Gio was so helpful meeting us early hours of the morning when we arrived and gave us lots of helpful advice and places to visit. Lovely easy walk down to the main beaches and restaurants and lots of lovely eateries suggested by our host Gio. Definitely recommend taxi back up the hill as only a few euros and a very hard walk. Buses are also amazing around the main areas and so reasonable. Also we took a bus back to airport bus line 40 from los cristianos only 4 euros each. Thank you again Gio!!

O apartamento tem uma localização fantástica — central, mas inserido num empreendimento muito tranquilo, ideal para descansar. O ambiente é calmo e acolhedor, perfeito para uns dias de pausa. Tudo estava limpo, bem organizado e exatamente como descrito no anúncio. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida, simpática e muito eficaz.

Very easy to get there from the airport, pool was very nice, well equipped for self catering, would be comfortable and relaxing for a long stay, felt at home there by the end of the week. Responsive / helpful property manager.

Ideally the sofa bed could be updated as it was a little uncomfortable but overall great stay and I would come back happily.

We really enjoyed the stay. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, quiet at night, and the view is beautiful. Some people might find the shower cabin a bit small, but it was good for us. It can be handy to bring some washing powder for the washing machine with you as it's not provided. It's a 25-minute walk to the beach. The thing that should be taken into account is that if you don't have a car, the way back to the apartment might be a bit difficult for some people, as you should go up the hill, but we found it a good way to exercise and made 1- 2 short stops to have some rest. The host was helpful and always easy to reach.

The property was very well-equipped. We even had coffee, sugar, salt, lots of spices. We were also provided with shampoo and shower gel, all in the price. It is a lovely flat to stay. During our stay, the host, Gio was absolutely the best. He was approachable and helpful when we needed him.

The location is a bit tricky due to the steeps stairs and hills around us. The view to the ocean is still mesmerising though.

First of all, Giuseppe, our host. A very helpful, always smiling young man. He waited for us until 1 a.m. with the keys because the flight was cancelled. When it comes to the apartment, the first thing that catches your eye is the amazing view from the terrace, which also serves as a mini garden with beautiful cacti. There are two rooms inside, a living room with open kitchen, and a bedroom with a big comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, very well equipped kitchen. Outside public swimming pool, few shops around. The proximity to two water parks cannot be overestimated.

Terrace chairs should be more comfortable😉
