our host Enrico was brilliant.was in touch with us via whatsapp when we made booking.we messaged him when we landed and he met us at gate of apartement complex.showed us around and sent us links with useful local info.was on hand if we needed any help during week.we had early morning flight when leaving and he came to say goodbye and had a taxi ordered for us.a true gentleman

The heated pool is a real bonus and it is right outside the apartment. It is very clean around the pool and was very quiet while we were there.. Lots of loungers and chairs.

It was very hot in the apartment. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a stand alone fan in the living room. These did help but air conditioning would be a great help. Having said that the price for the week was very reasonable and air conditioning would probably increase the price..

Competitively priced. Spotlessly-clean. Secure parking on site. Large pool close to apartment. Owner’s representative Enrico was excellent. Very welcoming. Knowledgeable and helpful. Also, friendly yet professional.

Lack of comfortable chairs. Would recommend owners get rid of the sofa-bed in the lounge and replace it with a comfortable settee / 2 x single lounge chairs. No outside private space to enjoy. No air-con but not a problem in winter. The two fans would not be sufficient in summer months. Extra mirrors would be good. Top window catch in bedroom needs replacing as prone to banging when windy.

Nice and bright apartment in a quite residential complex, with a nice view, located in front of the pool. Very good price-quality ratio. Enrico was very professional and did his best for us to have a pleasant stay. He sent us all the information to find as easy as possible the property. Parking at the property. Restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to get to the beach.

It has everything one could need. Washing machine, 'eco' slow, but warm enough in the sun to dry, naturally excellent clean shallow-2m pool.Fridge-freezer, with very secure admission system. It's located in Alto San Eugenio. Steep walk from pubs beaches and night-life. Stronger calves and thighs, Perfect SUN-BATHING faculties Altitude is not a problem, with MTB bike, electric scooter/motorcycle, two-person golfcarts, electric scooter, Hires, on the Strip. Roads are well-equipped with pedestrian crossings, and drivers anticipate pedestrians, crossing! Great value, and Enrico, was ok with only me arriving. My friend, couldn't come. .

It is CRUCIAL! that you can make your arrival, there, before 7.00pm. Manager, Enrico can arrange car to transfer one there and back to Airport Sud I had heavy luggage, fishing gear and too many clothes! Offered to have me leave Las BRISAS, at 6.00pm, not 9.00am, free, as flight wasn't untll 22.15 pm. That's when things went wrong! Cockpit Crew-member suddenly taken seriously ill, when we were all seated to taxi-out! 28 of us off-loaded, then over two hours waiting, with luggage, to find out where to spend the night, by airline! Didn't go there, as address, said OROTAVA" which is over 60 MILES away. That was an error, but we were given no indication as to where, other than Orotava, it was located, from Airline staff. 7 miles, not 60+ miles away. Titsa bus service to ESTACION GUAGUAS, €3, got us there at about 02.05.am. Taxi cost €12. Green GUAGUAS buses are for a song! Bonabus ticket if you want to 'do' the Island. Actually got a great hotel in ADEJE. HOTEL PLAYA REAL, AT CALA CALETA.. arrived about 2.30am, in bed by 03.15.am. Great breakfast, £45. Airline refunds, and says it will give compensation, for our response, to their request, for 28 of us, to, voluntarily, leave the aircraft, due to unanticipated cancellation. IATA, Regulation, imposes 4 cockpit staff, not three, for our complement.. Best resolution, as crew may have been traumatised. Manchester felt damp, freezing, at 5.00am, Thursday, but enjoyed the 28°C sunshine, on PLAYA DEL DUQUE beach, Wednesday, a day longer holiday, but a short kip! Would stay here again!
