Terrazas del Duque II apartment

The apartment was a home from home it had everything and more that you could want. Lovely kitchen great to have the airfryer as well. The terrace was lovely to have breakfast in the morning with a sea view. The rooftop terrace was exceptional.lovely heated pool we just had a lovely stay will definitely be back.

The only thing i would say is the pillows i cant use very soft feather down pillows but this is a personal preference. Some of the upper terrace cushions could do with a good wash or replaced as they were stained.

Huge apartment with al fresco dining area and a wonderful rooftop terrace. Very well-equipped kitchen (there was even a huge air fryer!) plus washing machine and dryer. There is also a safe in case you want to store anything in there. The host was super friendly and flexible (even gave us the flat before the check-in official time). Duke shopping center is 3 minutes away and playa del duque a 15-minute walk. A very nicely kept swimming pool with heated water can also make your stay unforgettable. A++!

I wish our stay would have been longer :) Only a minor flaw I could think of - The garage spot is quite narrow for an suv or compact suv. Anyway, no big deal in the mid-season since there are a lot of free spots in the area.

Die Unterkunft hat uns außergewöhnlich gut gefallen. Ausstattung, Zimmeraufteilung und besonders die herrlich grosse Terrasse waren top. Wir konnten auch super kochen, denn in der Küchenausstattung war alles vorhanden. Restaurants, Supermärkte und die wunderschöne Strandpromenade sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was very clean and comfortable to stay in this apartments. Great kitchen with all you need to make any meal you want. Supermarkets are nearby. Parking place is a big plus. Rooms were very comfortable with personal bathroom. The roof is amazing. You can grill or take a sunbath there. Very quiet block, which is great for slow summer vacation.

Great apartment, good size with lovely outdoor space, with outdoor dining area and especially the roof terrace. Nice clean adult and children's pools on the same level as the apartment. Good to have parking in the garage as can be hard to find around here. Around 15 minute walk to nice beaches. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and even an air fryer.

Parking space was tight, better with a small car. A high chair would have been useful.

The good size rooms, excellent balcony with plenty of furniture, umbrellas and canopy. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of wardrobe space. Lounge with large TV. Even an air fryer.

A small thing, the quilt covers on the bedding need updating.

The apartment was more spacious than the photos shown especially the roof terrace

Just a couple of things but didn’t detract from our enjoyable stay - the shower head in the en-suite probably needs replacing as water doesn’t spray, the tile grout needs to have a thorough clean to remove mould. - There’s a line of floor tiles on the roof which have lifted could cause an injury if caught up on. - Although the rooftop is very spacious (photos don’t do it justice) with 4 sun beds the furniture unfortunately was uncomfortable and seen better days looked like the sun had made the rattan brittle. - There is a map on the hall table which shows apartment building layout, the print isn’t bold enough so important details are missed. - The rubbish bins (what an uphill trek that is) recycling is clear but not general waste. - The parking bay (level 4 bay 4 ONLY) is tight especially if bay 3 isn’t parked in their box correct and a concrete pillar to negotiate and we had a small vehicle. Ample parking of an evening on the roadside. The safe could do with instructions not obvious that you need to slide the door.
