Sunset View Valle del Sol

We really enjoyed the apartment. Everything was clean, the view of both the mountains and the ocean was beautiful, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The supermarket is close — about a 6-minute walk — and the walk is gentle, not uphill. The beach is also not far, and there is a bus stop right by the supermarket.

De locatie

De ontvangst en uitleg over de accomodatie was kort en chaotisch. Ze had blijkbaar geen tijd. Op het eerste zicht zag het apprtement goed uit. Maar van dichtbij werden de gebreken duidelijk. Keukenmeubilair niet onderhouden en hygiënisch, het keukengerei onvoldoende, basisonderhoudsgerei onvoldoende en gebrekkig, inloopdouche niet onderhouden, sifon verstopt. Het zwembad was er wel maar het water die erin hoort te zijn was er niet. Er werd hiervoor een alternatief aangeboden, maar die was 23 minuten stappen, de berg omhoog en dan terug 23 minuten naar beneden. Het zwembad was ook niet verwarmd zoals vermeld werd. De locatie van het appartement was wel goed.

Locatia este excelenta, terasa cu vedere la ocean si la munte, curat, bucatarie complet utilata (daca ai nevoie), check-in rapid, locuri de parcare pe strada la orice ora, gratuit. Complex comercial la 5 minute de mers pe jos, unde gasesti restaurante si supermarket (ajungand seara, ne-a ajutat sa mergem repede la un restaurant).

Canapeaua din zona de living ar trebui schimbata din punctul meu de vedere, deoarece nu se poate utiliza ca si canapea. Poate extinsa pentru a fi utilizata ca si pat este ok, dar stransa nu poti sta pe ea. Pastile de cafea doar pentru 3 zile, desi noi aveam de stat 6 zile (costul este infim).

Maison bien équipée, propre, vue imprenable, grande terrasse, décoration chaleureuse.

-Wifi ne fonctionne pas -Le non respect de l'heure du check-in. On nous a fait attendre une heure avant de pouvoir accéder à la résidence. - Peu d'eau chaude -Pas de climatisation

Great internet which a must for my boys to watch youtube videos, catch up with movies ects, Great location, 5 mins to X-Sur which there are restaurants, various shops and a Mercadona, 20 mins walks to Aqualand. Strong powerful showers we all enjoy daily. agency staff very quick response with messages, if you have any issues.

kitchen needs refreshing, toaster always trips power, oven need resealing, need new frying pans.

Host very welcoming and only a text away if required. Apartment was great value for money. Would stay again.

Pool was out of commission which was a shame, although an alternative was offered near by.

The view from the terrace was breathtaking—majestic mountains on one side and the endless sea on the other. Waking up to this scenery with a morning coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. Location was very good. 10 minute walk to a shopping centre that had a reasonably sized supermarket, a cinema, various shops & a good selection of cafes & coffee shops. Beach was only 15/20 minutes walk. Good access for local buses etc. Nice pool that was very quiet & clean.

A booklet explaining how things in the apartment work (e.g. TV, washing machine, coffee maker) as well as a directory of the local bus services, or taxis and/or places to visit would have been helpful. Shower head could do with adjusting as had to stand very close to the tap. A small thing I know, but a soap dish in the bathroom would have helped.
