"fair but needs some care"

the location was ok. close to my work office

the TV’s where not working and the toilet’s where not clean enough. I did not use anything in the kitchen. I used disposable cups , plates and cups.

"Good stay but a bit pricey."

The location is great for access to the French school, There is a parking lot, Very good communication with the landlord.

Quite pricey for an IKEA-furnished apartment, The landlord required ⅓ payment at order and full payment upon arrival (for a 30-day rent), The Google location on Booking.com is wrong.
