Waterfront @ Ryedale House

The location is absolutely excellent, with the added bonus of a parking space included. It was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the river view and spent the mornings spotting so many birds, with kingfishers being the highlight!

We enjoyed our stay, but if we had to give some constructive criticism it would be that the shower design meant water just flooded onto the bathroom floor leaving us no choice but to use towels as extra bath mats. The underfloor heating controls were incredibly complicated to try and figure out. Square bowls are not nice to eat from and whilst the kitchen was incredibly well provisioned an ice cube tray would have been appreciated.

Well located. Clean, modern and comfortable. Big bonus was dedicated gated parking.

The property had no air conditioning and due to the floor to ceiling wall to wall windows the interior temperature reached the low the low thirties by early afternoon. The bathroom was small but would have been adequate had it been fitted with an extractor fan, this made it uncomfortably hot. Had it not been for this I would have given it 10
