"Exceptional"

The host was very kind and quick to reply to any of our concerns or questions. The apartment is near the train station (3 mins) and the beach (9mins) which is very perfect for the area. Furthermore, the apartment is really modern, clean, and very quiet. Definitely staying again!!

Location. The apartment has everything you need. Excellent Wi-Fi. Great terrace and yard.

Extra charge for late arrival (although it is stated that the reception is open 24 hours). Cleaning was not done even once, (although it is stated that cleaning is done every day). The description of the apartment includes services that are not actually available. The sofa is terribly uncomfortable for sleeping. Ants in the apartment.

The house is totally new and very well maintained. The host is friendly and easy to reach. The property is very well located close to the beach, the centrum of Anzio and in front you have a bus stop, the train station is also very close. The house is better than the pictures.

There is no place to put the soap or shampoo in the shower
