Good location, decent bedrooms as well as living room and kitchen

With 4 adults and with different agendas having one set of keys was frustrating . Having told by the management company to leave the keys in a lock box for others to enter was unacceptable and dangerous to our two daughters returning late in the evening. We had to wait up for there call to then physically walk down to the street to let them in. Would not recommend this place for future guests who like to enter and exit at different times without them providing a second set of keys. Our request for this was turned down

Amazing location, so close to everything, three best road for lovely brunch spots, a fab nepalise and a range of bars. Super easy to access the apartment and extra perk of a parking space.

Perhaps a tweak to the bed descriptions: the room advertised as a twin had a trundle floor bed and a bit too small to pull out fully, so best used as a single. A minor point but floors were really creaky which was quite noisy at night. We'd also recommend a large mirror for the bathroom.

Lovely clean and comfortable and very spacious apartment with an outdoor seating area. Beds comfortable powerful shower. The only fault was people passing being noisy early hours but that is no fault of the owners. Bring earplugs

Nothing to dislike

Walking distance to main historic city, e.g York Cathedral, The Shambles, Restaurants, shops and bars. Free parking in private carpark and could see vehicle from the apartment.

Great location and free parking close to the center. Was nice to have milk, tea and coffee provided and there was a useful information folder. Access instructions were good although our sat nav took us somewhere else.

It was quite hot during our stay and you can't open any of the front windows up or downstairs. There was only one fan for the whole appartment which wasn't great. Had to leave the back bedroom and bathroom windows open all night.There should be at least 1 good working fan for each bedroom and lounge. Had seen comments about the floorboards before our stay but they were very loud. Slight unpleasant smell of drains from the fridge.

location was excellent, the apartment was spacious and very clean with plenty of facilities. we had no complaints about it.

the floorboards were a bit squeaky in places but nothing to noisy and didn't cause many problems.

Photo a little missleading as photo gives impression of 3 double bedrooms. There was Lots of noise at night from outside, shouting singing etc from passersby which made it extremely difficult to sleep. And some floorboards on the stairs needed attention

The apartment was very creaky when walking about at night for toilet etc felt I was waking my relatives up at dead of night but I would definetely book again
