Apartment Altea 224

We were met by Samantha, who was extremely accommodating. Showed us how everything worked and was extremely helpful. The apartment is light and spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything you would need for your holiday. The beds are very comfortable and large. Kitchen is well equipped and you have washing machine and tumble dryer. Also dishwasher. The parking garage is nice and large, we have a long car and we’re able to fit into the space. Luckily nobody was parked in space opposite… plenty of areas to park outside apartments if needed. It was November so we didn’t use the pool, also half way through stay it was drained and closed for maintenance. One suggestion would be to have a small amount of cleaning product.

There was construction nearby. This is a single house build, so the noisy part should soon be over. However, the cutting into the rock bit was while we were there. It wasn’t a problem for us (apart from dealing with heavy luggage at beginning and end), but the elevator was not working for our 3 week stay.

We had a delightful stay at this place. The view is very nice, and, conveniently, they offer a parking lot. Samantha welcomed us warmly; she is a very nice person and went above and beyond to help me arrange flowers, a cake, and decorations for a little birthday surprise for my partner. The place features an electric outdoor grill, and we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome bottle of sparkling wine. The building also has a shared pool that is very quiet and clean. Everything was well-maintained, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Samantha's extra efforts made it truly special.

The only downside is that all the bedrooms have individual mattresses, so if you want to cuddle with your partner, the mattresses won't be very accommodating.
