Great location big apartment

I stayed at this apartment for 2 nights. 4-5th March 24. Before the second night the electricity power in the apartment went off due to some electricity meter as power was on everywhere else in the complex. I found a candle, couldn’t use the facilities in the apartment, including WiFi, sent messages to booking.com with no reply. Very disappointing 24hrs of frustration. Not even a token money back gesture or anything. Raging.

Old furniture, rooms were not clean, damaged window.

Location was about all I liked.

For starters I could not contact host so was forced to contact Booking.com to get them to make contact while I waited on the street close by for exact location as I could not find where it was, when I was met the girl had absolutely no English so just showed me to apartment and left. Very low standard that, badly needs a serious upgrade. Personally I'd spend the extra money and stay elsewhere, it was last minute so I had very little choice.

It was in an amazing location, right around the corner from las americanas beach and strip and only a 20 min walk away from los cristianos.

The apartment was lovely but there were many cockroaches crawling around, we couldn’t leave the kitchen/living room light off because there would be so many cockroaches.
