Location , bathroom , kitchen and sofas were superb

The double bed and pillows were very uncomfortable

No breakfast included.

Apartment close to the road noisy.

The management company gave us the wrong room on arrival, whilst we were eating in a restaurant they demanded we return straight away or they would throw how luggage in the street. On way back to the room I had a text telling me to get there immediately and explaining the situation. I pointed out that the problem was with them, I received a reply stating ‘and?’ when we arrived at the room our luggage was in another room, I removed our money and passports from the safe and asked about my daughters purse which was missing. I spoke again to the manager on the phone who was the most disgusting and rude person I have had contact with. The next morning we knocked at the previous property and the people handed over the items that was missing, they also said that the property manager was extremely rude and had been shouting at them. Not a good start to a holiday
