La Niña - Ocean View Apartment

Perfect location right by the beach, beautiful sea view, amazing terrace. The apartment is well-equipped, you could feel at home from the first moment you enter. Daniele is instantly available on messenger in case of any questions or help needed. I would gladly return next year.

Noise from restaurants below, but it was expected in such a location

La casa è moderna e pulita ed è attaccata alla spiaggia. Bar, ristoranti, mc donalds, supermarket tutti vicinissimi. Direi perfetta. Ci devo sicuramente ritornare.

The location, the beautiful view, which I would admire every day. Layout of the rooms. Tiny and cozy apartment. The little surprise champagne we got. Very good idea. The host's flexibility and Lina's kindness. We should have stayed.

Unfortunately, since the accommodation is above a restaurant, there were cockroaches. Once they appear, I know it's impossible to get rid of them. There was spray and insect repellent in the apartment. They crawl under the shower, maybe it would be less if it was closed.

We had a lovely time in this apartment which is situated in front of ocean view. The apartment has everything what you need! Restaurants,shops and the most important beach are so so closed which is very comfortable for family with kids. The Owner- Daniel is very helpful and kind! We had super contact whit him. We are happy that we could spend time in this beautiful place.

La terrasse surplombe malheureusement des restos populaires bruyants et odeurs de cuisine limitant le confort de la terrasse. Heureusement on peu manger dans le living avec la vue sur mer

Ubicación inmejorable con vistas preciosas. Piso perfecto para un pareja con niño (de 4 a 10 años)

Leí que había ruido en la noche pero no imaginé el nivel de ruido hasta altas horas. Todo el día hay cantantes porque hay varios restaurantes no es culpa del dueño del piso pero claramente le quita confort a la estancia. Luego al estar al lado del paseo marítimo hay mucha gente pasando a altas horas, gritando. El sofácama para niños está bien pero es un poco incómodo, no muy cómodo si eres adulto.

Superbe emplacement. A deux pas de la plage de Las Vistas.Animation continuelle (qqfois un peu trop). Bon matelas.

Accueil inexistant et maussade (nous n'avons pas échangé une seule parole avec la détentrice des clés à l'arrivée). Installation électrique obsolète (multiprises).Matériel de cuisine disparate et quelconque. Remise des clés au départ sur la table de cuisine,sans avoir vu quiconque ! Seul l'emplacement justifie (un peu ?) le prix de la location. Pour à peine plus cher et bien mieux à tous points de vue (sauf emplacement,plus loin de la plage),avons terminé notre séjour à Chek In Bungalows Atlantida à Los Cristianos.
