Apartment was in abandoned complex looked like something from a WAR ZONE there was no facilities close and the beach is a least 30 minutes away. As both of us are in our late sixties we did not feel safe there. In my career I was involved in the correctional system and I have seen better prison units than this place. So we had to source alternative accommodation. I will be seeking full or part refunding from you.

Property was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Fully equipped kitchen and great patios.

The building is a bit strange and looks to be an ex hotel. The views are not perfect, but still nice. Dog barking at night can make it difficult to sleep.

Messages via Booking.com did not come through to us and ours did not go through to the manager, so no one was there when we got there and we could not contact anyone.

it was clean

wrong name as I booked Apartmenta Quinta Niva and it was actual Clube Alvor Golf, so our taxi driver couldn't find it, we had to pay £156 for a hotel for the night. on website it shows a swimming pool in working order and reality was it hasnt been filled for over 3 years
