Location was great.

- Balcony very small with constant cleaning necessary due to bird dirt and debris - no area to dry clothes due to limited space on balcony along with the bird infestation; - no facilities to wash and dry clothes (no washing machine and no place to put clothes airer out); - all living room and dining area furniture uncomfortable and unstable and in need of replacement; - only one kitchen socket available for multiple appliances; - lighting in bedroom extremely poor; - sockets in bedroom hidden behind the headboard and non-accessible; - Bathroom - Bath is a disaster, no handrail, no anti slip bath mat provided, hot water was a bonus when available; - Kitchen Presses and cupboards need attention, wouldn't close properly; In general, would not recommend this apartment or return.

no cleaning or change of towels in the week

This apartment was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in at a holiday resort. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. There was an ample supply of towels, the bed was so comfortable, I had a massive tv with lots of movie channels, everything I could have possibly needed was provided. I met Daniel on my first night to get the keys and he gave me a detailed run down on everything ! Couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment has a swimming pool in the complex that was so clean, not even a leaf in it any day. 3/4 fabulous restaurants in the complex which had great service, wonderful food and delicious cocktails. The town was 8 min walk and the beach a similar distance. It could not have been more central. Highly recommend this wonderful apartment

I didn't want to say anything negative as this comment is not really the fault of anyone, but the birds nesting in the balcony ( in fact in most of the balconies ) were very annoying. If I put out a towel to dry, it was covered in bird poo or even the chairs were covered in bird poo every morning. Of course this is not the fault of the apartment owners or the complex but I did see a balcony where they had stuck black silhouettes of hawk like birds on the outside of their balcony!!! This balcony had no nests so maybe it could be a solution. This of course is not taking from my stay at 235 as it was just wonderful

it was in the centre of the town

could not go out on balcony because the birds and poo all over it which was a let down
