The property has a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and is in a good location to beaches, restaurants, hiking of paddle boards, kayaks, bikes etc. The owners were good at communicating with us before and when we arrived re check in, keys, etc

There was nothing we disliked however, whilst we were on holiday it was a lot hotter than usual for the time of year (mid 30’s in October) and like most Tenerife properties we’ve stayed out over the years there was no air con. However, there was a large fan that we certainly appreciated especially at night.

Apartment was clean and v close to beaches with great view from the balcony and v close to lots of shops and restaurants

There are lots of big ferries coming and going throughout the day and evening - great for the little one who was excited to see them but did mean the vibe was not as peaceful as it otherwise would be.

We especially liked the location and only because of it we decided on the accommodation. The apartment has a great terrace facing the ocean. When there are big waves, it can be difficult for someone to sleep. It is a short walk to the beach. There is also a shop and a mailbox at the house, which we couldn't find anywhere at first 😉 Óskar is a good host, when we found out that the toaster was missing, he bought and brought a new one the very next day.

the mattress on the bed is a little narrower than the bed and it was uncomfortable for two, so my wife slept on the couch in the kitchen. It would be good to replace the rusty light in the bathroom and repair the door moldings. I also recommend a shelf in the shower corner for storing shampoo and soap.

Close to the centre, and situated on the Paseo Maritimo, but felt peaceful as the balcony was at the back of the apartment overlooking the sea, with no road or path between it and the sea. Handy little supermarket on the ground floor.

For late arrivals like ourselves, the bottle of water provided was appreciated, but a few tea bags and a small bottle of milk would have been good too.
