Lovely Communication from the Owner . Lovely and Clean, with everything you could want in a Kitchen. The View from the Balcony was the Best , you could never get bored . Apartment was nice and bright plenty of windows . Location was a nice Change for us and would definitely stay in that Area again .

When the Windows are Open it can get a little noisy from the Street below ,but doesn't disturb your sleep as the Bedroom is the furthest away

Het appartement wordt zeer matig schoongemaakt wat ten koste gaat van de hygiene. Daarnaast zou de eigenaar van het appartement er goed aan doen om het appartement grondig te op te knappen zodat het weer als nieuw er uit ziet. Is nu wel erg gedateerd. Ook de lawaai overlast van de Waikiki bar aan de overkant van de straat is iets om met hen te bespreken. Andere bars en pubs zijn daar veel omgevingsvriendelijker in.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing and the location is excellent. You can easily walk to the beach, groceries or restaurants. The pool is also great and convenient that the apartment has a small pool umbrella and cushions for poolside use.

All was great, but the sofa is a bit uncomfortable. For any sensitive sleepers, it may be loud at night. Easily resolved with white noise.

Posizione comoda in centro a Las Americas, parcheggio privato. Personale di accoglienza gentile e disponibile.

Appartamento in una struttura vecchia, ci è stato consegnato con un buco sulla porta e macchie sul divano. Non mi è piaciuta la politica di trattenere all’arrivo 200€ di cauzione, poi correttamente restituiti ma se avessi notato la clausola su Booking al momento della prenotazione non avrei scelto questa struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non buono, prezzi eccessivi per la qualità offerta. Il letto non aveva nemmeno lo schienale e in bagno ci è stato lasciato solo un asciugamano per la doccia e uno per il viso. Non c’era nemmeno un asciugamano per le mani. Quando arrivi in struttura vieni accolto da una persona del loro team, che ti contattata all’arrivo e poi attendi quando raggiungi l’appartamento. All’ingresso degli appartamenti è presente una persona in una sorta di reception che però non ha nessuna funzione o utilità. Forse potrebbe essere gestito meglio il tutto. Complessivamente, per questi prezzi non ritornerei.

Close to the Main Street but also away from all the noise. Easily accessible and plenty of supermarkets around for all necessities. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the sea and the mountains. The pool facilities were perfect and the bar service was a massive plus.

Only downside was no A/C but we were able to manage it well with fans and keeping rooms dark

Excellent apartment for a couple. Clean and tidy. Well appointed and decorated. Everything you might need. Great views from the balcony. Air conditioning would be a great bonus but we managed fine with the fans provided. Lots of bars and restaurants in close proximity. Excellent pool area and snack bar. We never had any issues getting sunbeds. Hairdresser, masseuse, karaoke bar, shop and pharmacy all on site.

No English speaking TV channels available. Surrounding footpaths in need of attention.
