"Couple early sixties."

Very clean. Short walk to beach and very central for bars restaurants and shops.

Noise from local bars until 12.45 and disco music from Veronica's that you could hear until 5am or 6am .

"Really good experience in a heart of Playa de las Americas"

Very friendly host. Apartment was quiet considering location and had everything you need for the stay. Amazing view from the balcony, a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. Beach, max 10 minutes walk. If you are planning to stay in Playa de las Americas and have a good fun you don't need to rent any car. Apartment is ideal for 2 people.

In my personal opinion, apartment would need some small refreshment of the walls. Except that, nothing that comes on my mind.

Apartment well equipped ,spotlessly clean, and had an amazing view from the balcony . Cafe around the pool is an added bonus, and the food they serve is fab .

"Comfy secure apartment, with very good location, great view and very efficient host"

Location very central, close to a couple of good supermarkets , restaurants and coffee shops, only 5 minutes walk to the beach front, host excellent and very organised, off street parking available , location gated with 24 hour security, small balcony but very nice view.

Apartment was comfy and clean but some of the furniture could do with updates, good range of equipment and utensils although miss a couple of things such as wine glasses for example.

"Beautiful modern apartment! 10/10"

The apartment is absolutely stunning and offers everything you could possibly need for a convenient and comfortable stay. All furniture is new and modern, the kitchen is fully functional and you even have a washing machine to do your laundry during the stay. The balcony is an absolute bonus, beautiful views for breakfast or drinks in the afternoon. 10/10

Very good location, pool was quiet and open all day, clean apartment that had everything needed

Some of the nighttime’s were slightly noises but it did not affect our sleep or stay

Our Apartment was rally nice and very well equipped, with a lovely view

The location. We found at night the noise from all the nearby pubs and casinos very loud and kept us awake
