The apartment directly upstairs was being renovated so there was constant demolition, drilling, and building noise throughout my whole stay. At times the whole apartment vibrated from the drilling. I couldn't be in the apartment or out on the balcony during the day at all for the full four days I spent there. I contacted the owner of my apartment on Monday and multiple other times during the week and they did not do anything to compensate for the situation. There was no prior warning about the renovations and I only realised when I arrived on the Monday. I was afraid the builders upstairs were going to come through the roof.

We like everything. Nice location, Wonderful view over Los Christianos and the harbour and a peaceful neighbourhood. Cleanness, comfort bed and at last good terrace with perfect sunbeds and furniture. The owner was kind and give us lot of ideas like about shopping, restaurants and etc.

It dosen’t have air condition witch is very important to have if needed especially over the night. Most of the time we stay in the apartment a heathwave was at Tenerife. with 34-36 deegrees so need for air cond was high.

Location was peacefull and outstanding, big patio terras with view over the sea and island was brilliant. Loved the bed and satelite tv aswell. Recomand to come back here for the great host Sara, clear and quit swiming pool and easy parking spots (Only entree visitors Port Royale) Hired a cheap new car at Autoreisen.com (€106/8 days-You need it in the hills to visit Famous spotts) Aswell gas is very cheap €1,22 1 liter/Eu95

Only thing that I missed was an airco (But that one reason because I've it at home in private aswell so pure luxe 🤦‍♂️

1) Slow wifi 2) The balcony with some of our stuff was very often wet. Probably the balcony upstairs was cleaned with a hose and the water was reaching our balcony every day

Balcony has stunning views over harbour area, south facing sun ☀️ very friendly owner Sara that is on hand if you needed anything. Apartment quiet street very nice, clean and tidy comfortable. Pool area short stroll very nice clean and never too busy. Taxis only 3 or 4 Euro to save walk back up hill it was pleasant enough walking down towards centre though. Supermarket just a short stroll away try the nearby restaurant we had takeaway pizzas superb. Plenty bars restaurants fairly close also. Thanks again Sara you have a lovely place and highly recommend 👍

Amazing balcony with great views , very quite location despite being close to many things . Apartment was large clean with all the comforts of home.

Artwork of al pacino was a bit dominant over the bed so had to cover it.
