Camison Las Vistas beach WiFi Pool Las Americas

Great location, good spacious apartment, especially liked that the bedrooms were upstairs. Fantastic private roof terrace.

The main gates to the complex broke which made it difficult at times. Also one set of keys made it difficult if one of our family was at the pool which also needs a key.

The owner was very friendly and quick to answer all our questions and requests. We could check-in at 13:00pm. The appartment was cozy and we missed nothing. The last floor gave a splendid vue to the mountains. Good wifi connection. The location is amazing, good restaurants nearby and a very familar neighborhood, perfect to travel with children. At night it was very calm, what apperently is hard to find around the area. We really appreciate the calm at the pool and a walk through the garden where you can find a lot of exotic fruits. Towels and much more were available.

To enter the main gate we needed to wait a bit for other guest to open. Unfortunately no chairs at the pool available.

Sounds petty until you realise that one set of keys can be a issue when travelling with people that you are not with 24/7

The property was in a great location, close to all the amenities & on a road with gorgeous restaurants- but also far back enough for it to be peaceful & private. The property was also large enough for our family & the roof top area was great to sunbathe in & wash & dry clothes which cut down on the amount we needed to bring. It was also very clean & the owner was quick to respond if there were any issues.

The bed was quite hard, a personal preference. The sofa was also too small for us all to get on it & quite uncomfortable. Other than this, a great place to stay.

Close enough to everything, 10 min walk. Loved the roof terrace with sundowners. Would definitely stay again

Could of done with some air fresheners as smelt damp/musty when we arrived. No sundowners around pool, had to take chairs from rooftop so inconvenience.

Apartment was out a little bit, however we found a short cut on day 3.

We arrived at the arranged time of 3:30pm, the Host did not meet us, we could not get through the gate without a key, we had to wait until another guest opened the gate, this was quite inconvenient. We then got apartment key from lockbox. There was only one key which meant we could not go our own way as someone always had to meet the other to get through the main locked gate, so using the lockbox was pointless. We messaged the host regarding the issue on day 1 and wad informed a key would be dropped in the following day. we did not get the key until day 4, after I was forced to ring Booking.com and report the host for ignoring all my following messages. We found the host extremely uninterested in our concerns and wasted so much time of our holiday sitting in the apartment awaiting her arrival with spare key. We had no guest information regarding the property, such as how to operate the oven hob, also No sun loungers by the pool, we also could not get into the pool area as was locked and we were not informed how to access.
