Mariangela persona gentile e disponibile, Ci ha salvato la vacanza perché l’host dell alloggio che avevo prenotato non si è praticamente presentato. Alle ore 20 ho trovato per caso questo alloggio e si è dimostrata subito disponibile e efficace. L’appartemento è spartano ma a noi è piaciuto proprio questo fatto di essere così autentico, senza parlare della location . Affaccio sulla piazza fronte chiesa e affaccio sul porto dalla camera da letto. La sera dopo aver mangiato guardare dalla finestra questa piazza magnifica con la chiesa illuminata é stata veramente una bella esperienza. Bella Anzio bella la piazza bella la gente meravigliosa l’host. Assolutamente raccomandato, perché la ricchezza non sta nel televisore 50 pollici in camera, ma sta nel poter approfittare di queste esperienze genuine e autentiche. 5 stelle

Im Herzen des schönen Anzio direkt am Platz hatten wir eine große helle sehr schöne Wohnung. Zwei Balkone, Küche mit allem was nötig ist, Waschmaschine, eigene Dusche mit WC, zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten. Direkt außerhalb der Wohnung "Leben". Cafés, Restaurants, das Meer mit Hafen und Strand. Parken in Nebenstraßen möglich. Die Vermieterin war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir durften mit Hund die Nacht in der Wohnung verbringen, da ich zu spät gelesen hatte, daß Hunde eigentlich nicht erlaubt sind.

Tür ging nicht abzusperren,, zumindest habe ich es nicht geschafft.

The location is great, very spacious and in general good option for the money.

The noise from the outside was very loud even though all windows were shut, you can hear every conversation from outside, starting from the evening with people talking, and trash men picking up trash at 5am...

Fornelli che non si accendono senza un accendino (abbiamo dovuto richiederlo alla proprietaria), cuscini scomodi, prese elettriche scomode, padella (una sola disponibile) rovinata, in bagno c’è un nido di piccione. La porta centrale non si chiude a meno che non si gira il chiavistello.

The view from the apartament is wonderful. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant just outside. It takes ~7 minutes to the train station and less than 5 to the bus stop. The apartament is fairly spacious.

The apartament could have been cleaner. There could be some more kitchen equipement (e.g. proper knives to cut through a melon or a piece of ham)

We had a great autumn escape in Anzio. The apartment is in a great location right on the square, close to bakeries, restaurants, the train station, and the beach. The host was super nice and very helpful.

Unfortunately, the equipment of the apartment was quite poor the kitchen chairs were wobbly, there were no sharp knives, and nothing to clean the dishes with. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality and convenient location.
