La terraza y todo en general

Very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment in a very convenient location for both beach and town centre. It was good to be in a residential area rather than a tourist complex. The neighbourhood was well maintained and tranquil. We particularly enjoyed the two terraces. It was great to have effective heating as it was quite cold at night (late February). There were only two of us, but the apartment will easily sleep 4 to 6 people.

We seemed to run out of coffee mugs very quickly. It's a very minor point, but I suggest that more are provided.

Location was good; close to amenities but still quiet. The layout and presentation of the apartment was lovely. Nicely decorated and the hosts had added some nice touches such as shampoo which we wouldn't normally expect from a holiday apartment. The hosts stayed in touch to check in during our stay and were responsive. Underground parking was easy to access. Aircon was present in the open plan living room and worked well. 2 balconies were unusual and very pleasant.

There were a few things that could be fixed quite simply and would take the rental to an excellent rating. There were enough bed spaces for 6 people but the indoor sofa couldn't accommodate that many people. A few more kitchen utensils e.g. weren't enough mugs for 6 people and no pegs for hanging out washing when it's windy. Even though the apartment was very secure, a small safe for passports and valuables would be appreciated.
