M&L Beach House

Big apartment with 2 bedrooms on the top floor. A nice balcony with the sun most of the day even in the winter periods. There's heaters for the rooms so it was still comfortable to stay now in the cold days. The double bed was comfortable to sleep in. Got everything you need in the kitchen. Quiet in the night time. Parking both in the garage and easily right inside the gate. Easy communication with the admin of the apartment. We booked 30 minutes before being let in. Very fast. Nice area for a walk on the cliffs with good views.

Sounds through the floors travel easy when there was a children family underneath for a few days. Other than that it was quiet.

The apartment had everything we needed.

The wardrobe doors were not hanging very well. The plug 🔌 for the living room light was broken. The plug for kitchen sink was useless. Water drained away. A safe deposit box would have been excellent.

Great location, the apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Very accessible to the beach and super sunny balcony. Convenient to have a supermarket in the condo as well.

It's not a deal breaker, but I'd suggest to include a full body mirror and to provide matches to light on the stove.

The place was very comfortable & clean. Had everything we needed. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. Excellent place for a good vacation.

Spacious apartment with good kitchen facilities , good location and parking availability. Excellent communications with Daniele and the cleaning ladies who were flexible with our arrival time.

Shower screen leaks & balconies could do with furniture updating

Good sized 2 bedrooms with a large kitchen and lounge. The room layouts were good and being on the top floor meant the balconies were open to the sun all day. Kitchen was well equipped with most things you'd need for cooking a variety of dishes. Parking was just along the road from the apartment and was communal so at busy times of the year it may be difficult to get a space. The apartment management company were good for communications and trying to resolve issues. Praise goes out to Daniel who was especially helpful.

We had several issues inside the apartment which were resolved. However the main issue was resolved only after pressing the agent to provide a solution....the washing machine broke down and we were left with no alternative for a full week of our fortnight stay until I pushed for someone to help with our washing. Agents were more concerned to help the apartment owner get an insurance claim for the machine repair/replacement!! However, they did provide fresh towels and linen when we asked for it and eventually offered to get our washing done but not dried. The apartment is in need of some repairs and a thorough clean in the bathroom.....light switches that fall apart exposing wiring and electric sockets that are loose in the wall need replaced or fixed. The patio doors to the balconies do not lock at all (3 sets of doors) and the main door to the apartment has a very strange locking mechanism which allows the key to be turned 3 or 4 times fully before it's locked/unlocked. The shower screen above the bath lets water flood outside the bath area despite doing everything you can to avoid it!! These were notified to the management company so hopefully they're repaired before the next guests are due in!! During the first five nights of our stay, we had to deal with extremely loud awakenings at 3-4am each morning from an "apparent" apartment owner directly below who thinks it's respectful to come back from late nights out and play very excessively loud music and shout/bang about in their apartment in the early hours waking the whole block up.....that was until I got fed up at 4am on the fifth night of this occurring when I had to almost bash her front door down before she heard my knocking!! Her attitude of "I'm an owner and can do what I like" did not go down well with me, but I did ensure that she was left knowing her antics were not acceptable in any guise of apparent ownership or not of apartments.
