Clean and good quality beds and bedding. The theming was great. The location was good.

Our group of four (a couple and two friends) had a great time at Alp Apartments Stevenin11. We spent five nights there and found everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, tea and coffee. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable, and the communication with the managing team was smooth. The apartment is very conveniently located for both the cable car to Pila and the centre of Aosta. The underground garage is also a great asset.

Nothing significant - just a clothes iron and some salt and pepper would have been nice.

Great apartment, clean, warm, well decorated, and great value for money. Great communication from the hosts too. Cant recommend it enough if you are visiting the slopes as we were..

Excellent location just inside the town walls and just a 5 minute walk from the bus and train stations when you take the tarmac path across the road to the left. Apartment was modern and very comfortable .

Liked every thing. We were anxious about following all of the online information but all went well.

A very slick operation. Despite not actually meeting anybody a very warm welcome. Instructions and video very clear and helpful. Piece of cake to get in. Even locked ourselves out and it was dealt with very quickly with no fuss. Lovely touch to have some herbal teas and coffee pods for arrival, along with a few bottles of chilled water. Great location. If we go back we'll definitely look at this or one of their other apartments.

The apartment provides an unusual mix of great comfort and lack of provision, especially in consumables. It is large, light and airy, with good quality bedding and linen, and is in an excellent location to explore the town and surrounding area. However, though the kitchen has plenty of crockery and cutlery plus basic cooking items, and a generous supply of tea and coffee, there was no pantry (we donated some salt and pepper!) and minimal cleaning products.

Though promised “free toiletries”, there was no hand soap and only one small sachet of shower gel per bathroom. When I queried this with Anna, she agreed to top up supplies, which arrived after four days - one hand wash and more sachets. It would be unreasonable for international travellers to carry a week’s worth of products for two bathrooms! It should also be noted that the garage is a tight space. Our Renault Captur could just fit, with space for only the driver to get out. Worse, the garage gate button didn’t work after we arrived and it was only due to a helpful resident that we were able to exit later using an external keypad. (No emergency button inside.) There was no answer when I tried to call the 24-hour help number.

Very close to autostazzione and the city centre. Very easy to find. We had the possibility to check-in earlier. Spatious apartment - 2 bedrooms, a living room with 2 large sofas, 2 baths, a complete kitchen with everything You may need.

Wonderfully beautiful apartment in a very convenient location. Good price.
