Nothing ! It is incredible to find such a thing on booking with a 8.6 quote, very misleading

Everything was nice! The apartment was clean and bright. The owner doesn't speak English well though he was polite. From evening 22:00 the wifi was not working, that made us little bit upset! ☹️

Cosy flat with everything you need and view to the mountains. Friendly and helpful owners, easy to communicate.

The cooking smell from restaurant at the first floor in the evenings. Could be another lamp in the bedroom for more light for reading.

We really enjoyed our staying in Aosta. The apartment is absolutely superbly equipped and has an amazing view of the mountains. The host Vanessa was very nice and helpful with our requests. The accommodation is very close to the center and the station. I believe we will come back to this place again. I highly recommend!

The lift, the tiny balcony!

This apartment, whilst clean, is not really as attractive as it sounds. apart from the aggressive demand for cash on arrival (it was partly our fault that we had not fully appreciated that this was cash only). this apartment is incredibly hard to find, no signage on apartment entrance, it took us an hour to go from shop to a local real estate agent who happened to know that this Arc en Ciel existed. So only ability to contact via phone was extremely difficult as no English spoken, I can’t see where that was mentioned. Parking is not only non-existent but no clear details were given about the fact that the location is actually on a very busy roundabout, very difficult to stop and drop of bags and luggage etc. China and cutlery and equipment was not clean and had clearly not been checked after previous guests. There is no kettle. this property is definitely more suited to AirBNB than Booking.com as it is not up to the usual standard that Booking.com claims to uphold. Advice - this property needs to be seriously looked at in terms of its offerings. in particular, an effort should be made to have standard Italian responses translated in to English, as it is being offered on an English language website. Notices within the apartment should be in English, this is not rocket science since there are so many online translators available...
